Return & Cancellation Policy

At KIMMY FAVE LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional catering experiences. Please review our policy below.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and staffing will have already been arranged.

Changes to Orders

• Guest count and menu changes can be accommodated up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability.
• Changes requested within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your event so we can make it right.

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking date.
